F1 news: Lando Norris ‘brakes on fire’ at Austrian Grand Prix as FIA investigate Ferrari

It’s Friday 26th June and it’s almost time for the Austrian GP.

Whisper it but Lewis Hamilton may be back to his best – at least that’s what his former Mercedes team-mate George Russell believes. Hamilton’s first ever victory for Ferrari at the Barcelona GP was a major statement.

He arrives in Austria with plenty of confidence and momentum, having recorded two second placed finishes and last week’s victory in his last three race weekends.

These results have propelled him up to second, where he is getting closer and closer to current leader Kimi Antonelli.

Russell has identified the 41-year-old as a potential threat, as has Antonelli.

On the subject of threats, Ferrari were made to sweat after an investigation was opened up into Hamilton’s car’s rear-breaking system. Express Sport will be with you with all of the latest updates and highlights leading up to the Austrian GP.
