A source tells PEOPLE Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are “such a chill couple together” and says “everything feels very easy and light”
Friends think Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are just right for each other.
A source tells PEOPLE that the pair, who have been romantically linked since February, are “such a chill couple together” and feel as if “they’ve been together for years.”
“Everything feels very easy and light,” the insider says.
“The fact that they knew each other before helps, but they both align in terms of ambition, life goals and making things easy.”
“It’s very cute,” the insider adds.
“After some of Kim’s other relationships, friends think this is just what she needs.
She’s always at peace with him.”
Hamilton addressed his relationship with Kardashian for the first time on June 8 during the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, telling members of the media that it was “amazing to have her come this weekend and have the support” during a post-race press conference.
“But, you know, with my friends, incredible turnout, just overall, the people,” he added.
“It’s amazing to have good people around you and good people supporting you and she does that for me every day.”
Kardashian previously documented a day out with the F1 driver on social media on June 1, sharing an Instagram carousel that featured a screenshot of them riding bikes together.

The SKIMS founder is a mother to four kids: Psalm, 7, Chicago, 8, Saint, 10, and North, 12, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.
A source told PEOPLE last month that Hamilton being around the kids showed just “how much she trusts him,” given that she’s “very selective” over who is.
“She’s very protective of them and doesn’t take new introductions lightly,” the insider said.
“The fact that Lewis has spent time with the kids reflects how much she trusts him.”
